1) Are all the classes taught in English?
Yes.
2) Are there free trial classes?
We don't offer free trial classes. You can purchase a drop-in for a one-time experience and try any class before buying a pass.
3) How can I get a gift voucher?
Visit our schedule page and find the voucher section in the top left corner.
4) Can I pay for the class in cash on-site?
We don’t accept cash or PayPal. All bookings must be made online.
5) Do I have to bring my own mat?
We provide mats, cushions, and blankets. You're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
6) What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and is appropriate for a shared practice space. For comfort and safety, participants are required to wear suitable athletic attire throughout the class.
7) The loft is 5 floors up. Is there an elevator if I can't use the stairs?
Yes, there is a lift to access the loft. However, it requires prior coordination. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange it for your visit.
8) I'm late for the class. Can I join it if it has already started?
It is not possible to enter the loft once the class has started. Arriving late to class will result in a no-show (credit loss). Please arrive 5/10 minutes early. We start punctually.
9) I forgot something at the loft!
All the items found at the loft are stored in the Lost & Found box. Next time you visit us, ask the teacher to check it.
10) How can I apply to teach or host an event at Har Loft?
We are not accepting applications at this time. Thank you for understanding.
11) Pet policy.
Pets are not allowed inside the studio to ensure everyone's comfort and safety.
