Reiki energy is a channel of infinite love, allowing us to connect with the joy of being alive and the purpose of shining with our own light. During this event, we will tune into and combine the Reiki frequency with the frequency of the gong to receive the yellow vibration of the Sun and awaken our own inner solar star.

1.5h journey combining vocal sound bath, journaling, and group free sound exploration.
This unique 90-minute group session lets the voice lead the sound journey, supported only briefly by instruments like drums and bells. Instead of the gentle, harmonic soundscapes typical of gong or bowl baths, this session offers a more unpredictable, raw and emotionally engaging experience. The voice responds to the energy of the group and the present moment, using a wide range of frequencies—from grounding low tones to evocative highs—to access subtle or blocked emotions, fostering integration, rest, or release as needed.
This session also includes time for reflective journaling and a closing group free sound practice, deepening the process of release and embodied expression.
The Imbolc celebration marks the first stirrings of spring - the earth quietly getting ready for the return of the light. Imbolc comes from an Old Irish meaning “in the belly", referring both to the ewes who begin to lactate at this time and to the “in-the-belly” beginnings of new life within the earth. It is a celebration of renewal, creative spark, and first awakening after a deep rest. Energetically, the wheel turns from stillness to movement - softly, quietly. Following the earth's messages, this is the time to slowly start shedding the layers of the dark winter hibernation and make space for the new.
Yin, journaling, sound bath. Bring comfy clothes, a pen and paper.
At the dawn of a new year, we feel the pull to reset our goals—to become the version of ourselves we know we can be. What holds us back is rarely a weak plan or missing skill. It’s the moment pressure blurs the mind and steals access to our abilities: clarity vanishes, creativity dries, confidence collapses, knowledge turns blank, and authenticity hides.
Yet when pressure lifts—everything flows. Your voice, thoughts, creativity, and confidence. Which proves it was never a lack of ability, but the fear of failure—the obligation to be flawless—wrapping around the mind like a veil.
In this hypnosis journey, Zazi helps lift that veil. Through Inner Child Reparenting, you’ll release pressure, soften fear, unfreeze expression, and regain access to your clarity, creativity, knowledge, and voice—so you can shine, with or without expectations or eyes on you.

There comes a moment on the path when something inside — soft, steady, unmistakable — lets us know we’ve outgrown an older version of who we used to be. Or that a connection which once fed us has slowly become an anchor, signalling that this chapter is asking for completion. And still… even when we sense that new doors won’t open until we close the old ones, we resist. We bargain. We linger on familiar ground. And when we finally dare to step toward release, the real challenge appears: the quiet part of us that still grasps for what once felt safe. Because letting go — of people, identities, timelines — is a confrontation with the unknown. And yes… it’s frightening.
If you recognise that whisper, if you’re standing right at that threshold, this journey is for you. It is a space where stuck timelines and tangled threads become visible; where unhealthy attachments are met with tenderness; where emotional echoes can surface, be witnessed, and gently loosen; and where the wisdom inside these chapters can finally be received — so you can part ways with what has completed its role in your life, lovingly and with respect. Whether you’re holding on to a current timeline, an old one that still tugs at you, a person, a heartbreak, a memory that never settled, or a former version of yourself — this is an invitation to honour your becoming by releasing old ties and stepping out of timelines too small for the person you’re growing into.

Singing is one of the oldest tools for connection—within ourselves and with others. It regulates the breath, opens the heart, and brings the nervous system into resonance. Whether through sound or silence, the voice carries emotion, memory, and presence.
In this session, we’ll journey together through gentle vocal activation and melodic humming, gradually opening into a collective singing circle. The songs are simple and layered with harmonies, designed to support self-expression and attunement—both inward and with those around you.
No prior experience is needed—just a curious spirit, a willing voice, and an open heart.
A 90 min portal into presence, expansion, and deep inner connection. We begin by softening into the heart: through meditation, Nada Brahma (the sound of creation), and immersive breathing techniques - to meet ourselves fully, tenderly, right at the center. From there, we journey beyond. Beyond the edges of thought. Beyond the body.
Breath becomes the bridge. Sound becomes the guide.
We close with a soothing multi-layered soundscape – featuring planetary gongs, crystal bowls and vibrational textures – to anchor, integrate, and nourish.
Come to breathe. Come to meditate. Come to listen. Come to meet yourself. Come to let go.
In this workshop we’ll explore pleasure as a somatic language: a way of meeting ourselves through sensation, curiosity, and aliveness. Through movement, breath, and awareness, we’ll practice re-sensitizing the body, rewiring old patterns, and remembering that pleasure is not a luxury — it’s a vital resource for self-knowledge and vitality. Practice the art of pleasure and move through your days turned on by life.
What to expect: • Yin practices rooted in Yoga and Tantra to relax and open the body, with attention to pelvis and heart. • Breathwork to cultivate safety and connection. • Somatic Experiencing® practices to expand your nervous system’s capacity to hold and savor more pleasure. • Mindful touch techniques to deepen intimacy with yourself. • Gongs to seal and integrate the journey.
Under the new moon, we gather to honor the Mayan energy of TIJAX, the blade that cuts away what we no longer need. Through the medicine of cacao, embodied exploration, and sound, we’ll soften into release and open to renewal.
We’ll close with time for reflection and journaling, allowing new intentions to root. Come as you are, with an open heart. Everyone is welcome.
"Thai Memories" is an audiovisual collage, a meditative cinematic experience that invites us to listen and contemplate. Based on the movement of intimate videos recorded with an old phone by audiovisual artist Flor during her trip to Thailand (2023), Ana Rosa and Flor will give to the streets, temples and monasteries of Bangkok the pulse of the sonic instruments and the conscious breathing of the present moment.
Florencia Ondona is an audiovisual artist and poet. She has been investigating the limits of perception in the digital age for the past 10 years through short films, video-essays and installations that explore rhythm, poetry and hybrid formats. In Berlin, where she works as a meditation facilitator, sound journey practitioner and Akashic Records therapist, she explores the intersections between quantum physics, mental imagery and storytelling in events that invite the community to discover the potential of what she calls “inner cinema”.
Ana Rosa is a sound artist, curator, and producer whose work explores the potential of the body as a sensuous instrument and a site of transformation. Rooted in nature and in dialogue with the non-human, her performances weave together voice, improvisation, electronics, field recordings, and live instruments to craft living sonic narratives, offering a way to experience embodied listening and perceptual space.
There are times when the road ahead seems to vanish — when doubt clouds every decision, and the clarity we once had feels long gone. In these moments, the mind scrambles for answers... but what the soul truly longs for is something deeper: the quiet certainty that we’re not alone. That something within us still knows.
This group hypnosis journey is an invitation to return to that inner knowing. To reconnect with the part of you that has always been there — the part that sees with the heart, senses beyond logic, and remembers who you were before the world made you forget.
Zazi will guide you into a space where you can feel that connection again — not by seeking new answers, but by recovering a trust that was never truly lost. You’ll walk away with a clearer sense of your own inner compass, a softened heart, and the quiet strength that comes from knowing: you can trust yourself, even in the dark.

The moon, representing the yin, the feminine, the emotional, connects us with nature, with the rhythm of the world. Once a month, the moon comes full, reminding us that we are dancing with nature, engaged in a perpetual cycle of birth, growth, and letting go. As we come together, we use this as a time of practice of speaking the language of the soul - opening a sacred space.
During the 1.5 hours, we will go on a journey to explore the body through breath and yin yoga, followed by a guided journaling on the themes the full moon brings. We'll integrate our practice with a collaboration between Chen Ting, our special guest for the session, and Débora, by a unique sound bath experience uniting the magic of crystal bowls by Débora and the soothing I AM guided meditation by Chen Ting.
We will use the power of sound, symbols and stories, the language of the soul, for self-growth.

A quantum meditation journey to the frequency of the Angelic Pink Ray. Through the power of a colorful visual set and a dreamy sound, Flor will create a safe, cozy place where we can recharge, get inspired and catch ideas from our quantum version. This event is a cinematic meditative invitation for expanding the soul, the heart and the third eye.
Is your self-worth dependent on your productivity, appearance or success? If so, then you also carry the belief that ‘love is conditional’. While some people suffer from it only internally, it can manifest (amongst many other things) as perfectionism; the need to seek approval; worries about losing the love you already have and distressed attempts to prevent that; desperately trying to earn the validation and love you ache for (perhaps even through self-betrayal); or fearing to lose yourself in love (which due to a paradoxical dilemma of craving vs. fearing love can cause exhausting push-pull-cycles).
Join Zazi on her subconscious odyssey, in which she will take you back into your childhood to let you identify what has caused you to form the belief that your worth and lovability are conditional. By guiding you to reparent your Inner Child, you’ll be able to heal your underlying wound and correct the distorted belief. The process of you yourself meeting your unmet needs will empower you to cut unhealthy dependencies attached to your self-worth, remember your inherent worthiness, and help you to let go of unnecessary fears about love (which ultimately can open the door for you to experience the beauty of real love).
