The moon, representing the yin, the feminine, the emotional, connects us with nature, with the rhythm of the world. Once a month, the moon comes full, reminding us that we are dancing with nature, engaged in a perpetual cycle of birth, growth, and letting go. As we come together, we use this as a time of practice of speaking the language of the soul - opening a sacred space. 

During the 1.5 hours, we will go on a journey to explore the body through breath and yin yoga, followed by a guided journaling on the themes the full moon brings, and end with a soundbath to integrate it all.

We will use the power of symbols and stories, the language of the soul, for self-growth.
