We’ll soften, shake, ripple, groove and play our way out of our heads and into joyful moving. Inspired by the Gaga movement language, this guided improvisation practice uses sensation, imagery, rhythm and prompts to wake up the senses and explore new ways of moving.

No choreography, set shapes, or anything to get "right". This is a space to move for pleasure, follow curiosity and find more freedom in your body.
