Your body is already an instrument. In this workshop, we’ll explore the voice as a somatic gateway. Pairing slow, intuitive movement with vocal toning, humming, and sound healing to open the throat, chest, and diaphragm. Expect gentle floor-based movement, guided vocal exploration, and an extended sound bath to close. No singing experience needed. No “good voice” required. Just a willingness to listen inward.
