In astrology, eclipses activate the lunar nodes, bringing key themes of our collective and individual destiny into focus. Eclipse seasons can feel like a liminal space where the old and the new dance in the same room. Now is the time to let go, clear what no longer needs to be carried, and make space to step into a new cycle.

Through voice, sound, words, and heart-mind intention, we’ll create a symbolic technology to reset the body on different levels: emotional, physical, and energetic. The ritual will begin with somatic movement and breathwork, followed by a live sound meditation and a brief journaling practice to close the session.
