This unique 90-minute group session lets the voice leads the sound journey, supported only briefly by instruments like drum and bells. Instead of the gentle, harmonic soundscapes typical of gong or bowl baths, this session offers a more unpredictable, raw and emotionally engaging experience. The voice responds to the energy of the group and the present moment, using a wide range of frequencies—from grounding low tones to evocative highs—to access subtle or blocked emotions, fostering integration, rest, or release as needed.

This session also includes time for reflective journaling and a closing group free sound practice, deepening the process of release and embodied expression.
