Our bodies need warmth, rest, and calm. Our minds need introspection, discernment, and peace. In this ceremony, we give attention to the emotional realm and enter together a ceremonial space of release, trust, and presence. We practice yin, journaling, and integrate with a sound journey. Bring pen, paper, and comfy clothes. No prior experience needed.
