Nāda yoga is based on the premise that the entire cosmos and all that exists within it consist of vibrations called nāda. Ahata, the vibrations of external sound and music, are perceived by our sensory organs. They help us to calm the mind so we can tune into Anahata, the sacred inner sound—silent vibrations of the Self—which are received by the Anahata Chakra (heart chakra).
Restorative Yoga is a therapeutic approach to the practice of asanas. Poses are held for between 5 and 20 minutes, often with the support of props, to allow healing and softness in the body.
In this session, the combination of different Nāda Yoga techniques and restorative Yoga poses takes us on a journey to our inner sacred sound. Enjoy a full body sound massage all over and through your body.
