Microdosing with intention invites you into a softer, more sustainable way of attuning to your intuition, focus, and clarity.

This workshop introduces the ritual of microdosing as a practice of presence, rather than self-optimisation. You'll be guided through an overview of contemporary microdosing culture, woven together with somatic practices and reflective writing. Bring pen and paper.

Open to all: you will have the option of two mushrooms, in partnership with Amama x Alchemy. Ideally, eat lightly 2-3 hours before.

Guided by Yun Shu, somatic and psychedelic coach and author of 'The Future is Fungi', a book published worldwide and translated into four languages. She previously worked at atai Life Science, the world's largest biotech medicalising psychedelics.
