Drawing from the foundations of Pauline Oliveros' Deep Listening and Quantum Listening works, this session is an invitation to experience sound in somatic presence. 

Integrating textures, vocals, and field recordings with the frequencies of 3 different Gongs, the practice will support a pathway towards a state of sustained contemplation—a grounding foundation for rest, stillness, and inner connection.
