Guided by Dennis, you will explore how the art of pausing and the rich sensory aliveness in resting can create intimacy with ourselves (and others) while we return to the quiet intelligence of the body. You will learn somatic practices and tools that support you to rest, resource and restore. Experience gentle invitations for movement as inquiry, caring (self-) touch, solo and relational rest, moments of stillness and silence, accompanied by nourishing poetry and a carefully curated ambient soundscape.
