This special Gong Bath weaves the transformative power of sound with the ancient mythology of Sedna, the Inuit sea goddess. With a gong tuned to Sedna’s frequency, the gathering invites a journey through myth, sound, and transformation.

This gathering happening during Scorpio season, a time associated with depth, transformation, and renewal, Sedna’s powerful story offers a space to explore what lies beneath the surface, soften into the unknown, and reconnect with deeper currents within us.

For over a decade, Sofia has explored how sound opens spaces for deeper feeling, inspiration, and regeneration. Guided by intuition, curiosity, and a fascination with frequencies, her journey unfolds in the dialogue between sound, space, and those who enter it. With a background in history and a Master of Arts focused on mythology, Sofia shares her passion through a new series where sound meets mythology.
